We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may set or change usage limits, remove or refuse content, or take action to prevent abuse, fraud, or security risks. We are not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

We may investigate and take appropriate action against violations of these Terms, including removal of content, suspension of accounts, and cooperation with law enforcement where required.

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive. This includes content that violates privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or any applicable law, as well as attempts to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload User Content and to grant the licenses described in these Terms. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before using or distributing them, and for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or model weights of the Service, and you may not access the Service in a manner intended to bypass usage limits or security controls.

Prices, taxes, and fees are displayed at checkout and may change from time to time. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us and our payment providers to charge your payment method for amounts due. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers, and your payments are subject to their terms and policies.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and government assessments associated with your purchases, unless otherwise stated. We may issue refunds or credits in accordance with our published policies or as required by law.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or suitable for any particular use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Pixel Shift and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Pixel Shift, its affiliates, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

You retain ownership of the images, text, and other materials you upload or submit ("User Content"). You grant AI Pixel Shift a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and process User Content solely to provide the Service and fulfill orders. This license ends when your User Content is deleted from our systems, subject to reasonable retention periods and backups.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the outputs generated from your User Content. However, you acknowledge that similar outputs may be generated for other users. The Service and its underlying technology, including software, design, and trademarks, are owned by AI Pixel Shift or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Pixel Shift regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. We may assign these Terms, and you may not assign them without our consent.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, or interruptions to internet services. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
