Scope and overview
What this policy covers — and what it doesn't.
This Policy applies to information collected by AI Pixel Shift when you use the Service, including when you browse our site, create an account, upload content, or place an order. It does not apply to third-party services that you access through links on our site or services that are governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of those services before providing any information to them.
Information we collect
The data you give us, the data we observe, and the images you upload.
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, phone number, and other account or order details. If you contact support, we may collect the contents of your communications and any information you choose to share.
When you choose Sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, email address, name, and profile picture when available. We use this information to authenticate you, create or access your AI Pixel Shift account, and connect you to your saved designs and orders. Google sends a sign-in token to our site, which we pass to Supabase, our authentication provider, to verify your identity and establish your session. This sign-in does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or contacts.
Supabase stores Google account information as part of your authentication profile, and essential session cookies keep you signed in. We retain account information as described under Data retention. To request deletion of your account and associated personal information, contact support@aipixelshift.com. You can also revoke AI Pixel Shift's access in your Google Account settings; revoking access does not itself delete your AI Pixel Shift account.
We collect the content you submit for processing, including images, text prompts, and other inputs used to generate AI outputs. We process this content only to provide the Service and fulfill orders, and we do not use your images to train public AI models without your explicit consent.
Payment details are handled by our payment processors. We receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction information such as the amount paid, date, and payment status, but we do not store full payment card numbers.
We automatically collect certain information when you use the Service. This may include device and browser information, IP address, log data, usage data, referring and exit pages, and interactions with features or content. We may use cookies and similar technologies to recognize your browser or device and to improve the Service.
We may receive information from third parties that provide services on our behalf, such as payment processors, shipping carriers, and analytics providers. We also may receive information from partners or marketing channels when you engage with our promotions.
Some information may be considered sensitive depending on your jurisdiction. For example, images may reveal biometric identifiers or information about a person. We process such content only as needed to provide the Service.
How we use information
Why we look at any of it: to run the service, support you, and stay secure.
We use information to provide and operate the Service, process orders, generate AI outputs, deliver products, and communicate with you about your account and transactions. We also use information to provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
We use information to maintain security, prevent abuse and fraud, and troubleshoot technical issues. We may use information to analyze usage trends and improve the Service, including developing new features and optimizing performance.
We may use contact information to send service updates, transactional messages, and, where permitted, marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
We may use information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our terms and policies, and protect the rights, safety, and property of our users and the public.
Legal bases for processing

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process personal data under the following legal bases: to perform a contract with you; to comply with legal obligations; to protect our legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, and service improvement; and, where required, based on your consent.
International transfers
Your data may travel across borders, with appropriate safeguards in place.
We may process and store information in countries outside your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards to protect your data, such as contractual protections approved by regulators.
Data retention
Uploaded images delete within 24–48 hours of processing.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, meet legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it is processed.
Images submitted for processing are typically deleted within 24 to 48 hours after processing unless a longer retention period is required for order fulfillment, customer support, or legal obligations.
Security
Encryption and access controls. No system is perfect, but we take this seriously.
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls and encryption where appropriate. However, no security measures are perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
Your rights and choices
Access, correct, delete, or port your data — wherever you live.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, as well as to object to certain processing or request data portability. You may also opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
To exercise your rights, contact us using the information in the Contact section. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
California privacy rights
Specific rights for California residents under the CCPA.
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and related laws, including the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, and the right to request deletion of your personal information. You may also have the right to correct inaccurate information and the right to opt out of certain sharing. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require proof of your authorization and verify your identity before fulfilling the request.
Children's privacy
The Service isn't for under-13s. Tell us if a child has shared data.
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.
Changes to this Policy
If we make material changes, the date at the top of the page updates.
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page or by other appropriate means.
